•  Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is a critical life-saving skill that everyone should learn. In addition the course teaches AED and First Aid techniques. It includes hands-on practice with manikins and AED trainers to ensure students gain confidence in their skills.

Summary of what you will learn:

• Learning the steps of CPR for adults, children, and infants.
• Practicing chest compressions and rescue breaths.
• Understanding what an AED is and how it works.
• Understanding how to assist someone experiencing choking, a seizure,
• diabetic emergency and allergic reactions.
• Treating cuts, scrapes, and burns.
• Learning how to control bleeding and bandage wounds.
• Recognizing and responding to heat-related illnesses and hypothermia.
• Understanding how to treat bites and stings from insects and animals.

 Learning about poisoning and how to respond to it.

• Understanding the Good Samaritan laws and consent.

• Upon course completion, you will receive your certification card that is good for 2 years
